Being a member of our krewe means embracing the values of KINDNESS, TRUE SISTERHOOD and above all....FUN!  To embark on your mermaid journey, you'll need to come to one of our SIP WITH THE SIRENS MINGLE events and get to know us! Monthly Gatherings- So you’re always in the loop and truly connected. The deeper you dive in, the more meaningful connections you’ll make—and the more genuine friendships you’ll find. We have many themed social events, parties and gatherings throughout the year, culminating with our fabulous ball and then of course the super-fun Mardi gras parades. We meet monthly for a general meeting (usually someplace fun) and have two mandatory meetings every year so we can make sure everyone is dialed in for the ball and parade requirements (it's alot), and the mandatory April meeting to kick off the new year and vote for the new board members.

Fundraising events are necessary and everyone is required to pitch in and help. You can count on helping to sell tickets, but you could also be baking, cooking, cleaning or helping with decorating or clean up - whatever your strengths - we'll find them! And this is truly how you will bond with your sisters - it's a lot of work, but you'll have fun in the process.

Our members range in age from 24 to 89 and represent every season of life—career-driven women, mothers, grandmothers, young and single women, and stay-at-home moms alike.
